Zoning Board of Appeals
Public Hearing
There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals in the first floor Skaket Meeting Room at Orleans Town Hall, on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, starting at 7:00 p.m. The following cases will be heard:
Case #1974
Steve Simon has filed an appeal as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 8, to appeal the Building Commissioner’s determination that residential use of a cottage is now protected. The property is located at 10 Beach Road, Orleans Map #36, Parcel #24.
Case #1975
The Town of Orleans has applied for a Special Permit as set forth in MGL Chapter 40A, Section 6, under Orleans Zoning Bylaw Section 164-3C(2) and 164-21C to construct a covered dining pavilion addition to a pre-existing, nonconforming structure. The property is located at 239 Beach Road, Nauset Beach, Orleans.
In other business, the Board will vote to approve minutes of the November 20, 2013 meeting.
